Our commitment

We only trade with verified counterparties, under written contracts (FCO and SPA) and bank-to-bank payment instruments. Every transaction follows our published Trading Procedure.

Know Your Customer (KYC / AML)

Before issuing an FCO we verify every buyer. We request:

• Certificate of incorporation and company registration
• Ultimate beneficial owners and directors, with ID documents
• Company bank details and bank contact
• Signed Client Information Sheet (CIS)

Incomplete files are not processed.

Sanctions screening

Every buyer, bank, vessel and destination is screened against the sanctions lists of the European Union, the United Nations, the United States (OFAC) and the United Kingdom.

We do not trade with sanctioned parties or destinations.

Permits and certifications

We hold all the permits and certifications required for the export of our products, including exports to the United States.

Each shipment travels with the full set of quality, origin and sanitary certificates listed in our Trading Procedure.

Document authenticity

• Offers are only valid when issued from an @globalfoodtraders.world address and signed by our CEO.
• Bank instruments (SBLC MT760, DLC MT700 and one-year blocked funds confirmed by MT799) are exchanged only bank-to-bank via SWIFT.
• Quality and quantity are certified by SGS at the port of loading.

Data protection

KYC and company data are processed under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and kept only for the periods required by law. See our Privacy Policy.
