- Corporate and transaction data shared in commercial documents (LOI, ICPO, CIS, company registration, bank details of the company).
- Data generated when you contact us by WhatsApp.

Retention
Data is kept while the commercial relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law (6 years for accounting records under the Spanish Commercial Code; 4 years for tax purposes). Inquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted after 12 months.
Recipients
Data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with: banks, inspection companies, logistics and insurance providers when required to execute a transaction; public authorities when legally required; and service providers acting as processors (web hosting and Meta/WhatsApp for messaging).
International transfers
Some providers (such as Meta/WhatsApp) may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to enric@globalfoodtraders.world with a copy of an identity document. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connection (SSL) on this website.
