Business handshake between buyer and supplier

How We Work: Clear Communication from Inquiry to Contract

Physical commodity trading depends on fast, reliable information. Prices move every month, supply is allocated in advance and every offer we issue commits availability at origin. A clear process on both sides is what turns an inquiry into a contract.

Our commitment

  • We review every complete inquiry and respond with a clear answer: an offer, a request for missing information, or a reasoned decline.
  • Every offer is issued in writing as a Full Corporate Offer (FCO), with product, specification, volume, Incoterm and validity.
  • Every operation is formalised in a Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA), with SGS inspection at the loading port.

What we ask from our buyers

  • A complete inquiry: Letter of Intent (LOI) or ICPO, together with the Client Information Sheet (CIS).
  • Timely feedback: once you receive an FCO or a set of documents, please let us know your decision within its validity period.
  • A clear answer, positive or negative: if a deal does not move forward, a short reply allows us to release the allocated volume and keep our offers accurate for all clients.

Why it matters

Offers are tied to monthly prices and allocated supply. Prompt feedback keeps both sides working with current information and shortens the path from first contact to first shipment.

The full step-by-step process, deadlines and documents are published on our Trading Procedure page.
